Water is essential for our body. Deficit of water can lead to so many problems, including erectile dysfunction. Without proper amount of water our blood can not function properly and carry all the vitamins and ingredients, that our body organs need. Our body consumes and uses water all day long.
Since our body needs water all the time - best if you can schedule and have a cup of water (200-300ml) once an hour. I find drinking a lot in a single time complicated and not pleasant, but smaller drinks go well inside. Most of us are doing office jobs, therefore we need to remind ourselves.
