September 28, 2024If you keep a car in the garage for year or two - it's condition worsens more, than if you would keep driving it a bit now and then. The same is true for our body, which is a complex machine.
Moving our body around and giving it some pressure to go through drastically improves blood flow in our body. Healthy blood flow is crucial for erection, sexual performance and in general our health. Most of us, those who face erectile dysfunction, work in offices or other similar sitting jobs. Most of us lack lower body movement during the day or it is not enough to keep our muscles in a healthy state.
Squats and leg stretching can be boring - progress is very slow, walking is often quite boring. The whole culture nowadays tries to give us less movement, less need for walking. Cheap domapine, which I will discuss in another post, comes from easy achievable actions - taking a car, taxi, laying at coach and watching a movie. But it's opposite what is healthy for us.
When we walk around - out leg muscles will make blood flow through the whole body improving our breathing, digestion system, cardiovascular system. All that takes part in our sexual and reproduction life. Erectile dysfunction depend on weak muscles and low blood flow.
Focus on squats, abdominal exercises, back and leg muscles,
stretching muscles of the legs and thighs.
Two or three months to see first little improvement is absolutely normal timeframe.
